We slow for no one,
We go where no one goes.
This is mostly just me fangirling over movies, shows, games, books, etc. that I really like and would recommend to others! (A.k.a. something for me to do when I'm pretending to take notes in Astronomy.) I'll also include my favorite characters, pairings, what I like and dislike about each thing, etc., so expect lots of bias! :D

Summary: Overwatch is set in the near future, thirty years after a massive war between humans and robots. The international task force used to stop the "Omnics" that rose up against their human overlords were known as Overwatch, but after numerous slip-ups and a rift between two leaders of Overwatch, the group was disbanded, and since then, another Omnic Crisis is said to be stirring in Russia. Former members of Overwatch have started to work together again despite their breakup, gathering up old followers as well as recruiting new members to their cause.
Likes: Overwatch is ridiculously addictive. I don't even like many first person shooters aside from Battlefront, but Overwatch has something for everyone. There is currently a cast of 23 characters that can be sorted into four different categories: Offense, Defense, Tank, and Support. You like the standard Call of Duty character with basic machine gun? Play Soldier 76. You enjoy healing? There are numerous healers to choose from, some focused, some AOE, all useful in their own unique ways. Prefer melee damage? Play Reinhardt, the massive tank with a huge club made just to bash people's heads in while speaking in a German accent. Like sniping? There are three! One of them can climb walls, one of them can heal teammates, and the other one is really hot! There are so many diverse options, just as ethnically diverse as the cast. There are representatives from America, England, Russia, Germany, France, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, Egypt, Sweden, Switzerland, and Brazil, which is really impressive for a somewhat small cast of characters. Also, the main character is canonically lesbian, so there's that. :D
